We continue to pray for the health and safety of you and your family as the Corona virus continues to infect people locally and around the world.  This week Corazon staff member, Erika Zaragoza, reports how it is affecting our members in Tijuana. 

We pray that you and your families are healthy and continue to be safe during these unconventional times.

Through your support, we assisted sixteen families where members have lost their jobs and are in immediate need of assistance for food and medicine. Corazon will provide between $50 and $100 per family this week, depending on family size, to help provide food and health care expenses.

Our Mexican staff is actively reaching out to the Corazon communities, and there are many that still need financial assistance to bring immediate aid and comfort to their families. Please share this letter with family and friends and know that any contribution will be used to impact families in Mexico directly.

Through this letter, I would like to tell you that our Nuevo Milenio community, as everywhere, is experiencing an economic crisis. Many of the participants of Corazón are unemployed, due to the government's order to close most non-essential sources of work.

Our staff in Mexico continues to monitor how our communities and families are holding up during the lock-down, and we will continue to identify more families for assistance as needs warrant. We thank all of you who have donated to make this assistance possible.
