A Corazón construction project requires a $1000 non-refundable deposit at
the time of application. The remainder of the funds are due 4 weeks before
the scheduled project date. Failure of Corazón to receive all project funds
by this date makes the project subject to cancellation, except under
exceptional circumstances and with mutual consent by Corazón and the
sponsor. All project funds are non-refundable if a project is cancelled by
the sponsoring group with less than 4 weeks notice. By mutual agreement
between Corazón and the sponsoring group, project funds may be applied to a
substitute project within six calendar months of the cancelled project,
should a project date be available. Otherwise, funds will be applied to
sponsor other comunidad Corazón project activities. Exceptions to this
policy can only be granted upon approval by a majority of the Corazón,
Inc. Board of Directors.
