Objective
The objective of this program is to build a basic food stock that will allow
needy participants to exchange their hours for basic food to support their
families during the current economic crisis.
The program needs to meet the following evaluation criterion:
1.
Quantity: Achieve enough food to support the program.
2. Quality:
food must be consumable within 15 days.
3.
Continuity: Sponsors and volunteers must understand the relief purpose
and the need for their commitment until January 31, 2010
Goals
The program will have the following goals:
1. Provide
a basic food basket to families in special situations every week.
2. Create a
Mexican and American volunteer force to manage and operate the program.
3. Provide
job search aid to those in the program.
4. Create a
minimum workload to Community Committees, Staff, Sponsors, and
Volunteers.
