If your project was confirmed, you have received an email with a link to this page. Please review all the documents. They are meant to prepare you and your volunteers for their project day. You will be contacted by a Pre-Build Coordinator who will walk you through the project preparations. You will also be assigned a Trip Coordinator for you project day.
1. Reveiw your Group Leader To Do Checklist. It will help you prepare for your project date.
2. Please email/mail/handout the Volunteer Handout to all volunteers immediately. This handout has information for them so that they can be prepared for their project day.
2. All volunteers must sign a Volunteer Waiver Form, even if they have signed one before.
3. An Excel spread sheet with first name, last name and emails must be EMAILED to the office 2 weeks before your project date. We will send an informational email to the volunteers before your project. It will include family and community information.
4. Assign a Paint Leader for your project. Give them the Paint Leader handout before the project.
5. Your balance is due 30 days before your project date.
